Already since decades, we offer a healthy and varied cuisine with at times Mediterranean influences. The use of olive oil, lots of fruits and vegetables rich in fibre, minerals and vitamins take a prominent place in our kitchen.

This way of cooking provides loads of anti-oxidants and influences your cholesterol positively; a life style appreciated by gastronomes.

We create various kinds of olive oil ourselves, using basil, fine herbs, spices and curry, thus introducing a nice taste nuance to the dishes. Also when baking bread, creating deserts and for general cooking, we use olive oil. In short, olive oil is a basic ingredient in our kitchen.
